Welcome, I'm glad you're here.
I'm Liz Yarock, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist with a primary focus on women and adolescent mental health.
It is my passion to empower each woman and girl to discover the best version of herself. As a clinically trained social worker, I provide integrative and compassion-focused psychotherapy that is rooted in both psychodynamic and evidence-based methods.
Through meaningful self-discovery and unconditional support, I'll help you gain a fresh perspective on current life stressors and a renewed sense of hope. In our work, we'll explore your emotions, relationships, thoughts, and patterns of behavior and how your past experiences may be shaping your current life and relationships. In our sessions, I'll support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself and uncover what may be keeping you stuck. I'll provide you with coping mechanisms specific to your needs and situation to help you feel better and more equipped to cope with life's challenges.
My style is warm, down to earth, compassionate, and deeply intuitive. Whatever you're struggling with, you don't have to work through it alone.
